Once you have filled your cart follow these simple steps
  1. Log into your account or register ( if you don’t have an account).
  2. You will receive a Welcome email and verification code; enter the code onto the site to proceed.
  3. Click on checkout, follow the prompts to confirm your order and pay via MPESA or Airtel Money.
  4. Fill in the M-PESA confirmation code and complete your order.
You can pay for your goods via MPESA or Airtel Money. Your payment details will appear as the final step once you check out.
The delivery charged is a constant base payment of KES 200 within Nairobi
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been processed. If it is already processed, kindly contact us on emall@tworivers.co.ke
Yes, visit your online profile under the My Orders tab to follow your packages movement to you
Our delivery time is next day delivery for any order made before 3pm.

Our return policy is reliant on the Terms and Conditions of the shop from which you purchased your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can raise a dispute on our E-Mall site within 72 hours for a full refund that will be done within 21 days of purchase. You may also drop off your return at our E-Mall Center located on the ground floor of the Mall.
Returns must be undamaged, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging
